Symptoms of Urinary Tract Infection
According to experts, symptoms like frequent urination, severe burning sensation while urinating, less urination, foamy urine, urine color red, bright pink or cola color, slight blood in urine, foul smell in urine, pain in lower abdomen, etc., can be seen in case of UTI. Symptoms also depend on which part of the UTI has been reached. If the infection has reached the kidney, then you may see symptoms like back pain, high fever, shivering, feeling cold, vomiting, and nausea.
Do these things to avoid UTI
Foods rich in vitamin C: According to dieticians, foods rich in vitamin C are beneficial in avoiding UTIs. Vitamin C boosts immunity and prevents urinary infection from developing. For this, you can consume things like lemon, tomato, and orange. If you want, you can add lemon juice to pulses and tomatoes to salad.
Drink an adequate amount of water: Drink more fluids. Especially, consume plenty of water. Water helps dilute the urine and ensures that you will urinate more often. This helps flush out bacteria from the urinary tract before infection starts.
Cranberry juice: Cranberry juice is beneficial in preventing UTIs. It is rich in antioxidants, and its consumption can reduce the chances of UTIs. Drink 1 glass of cranberry juice every evening. Cranberries contain proanthocyanidin. It prevents bacteria from growing around the urinary tract.
Raisin water: To get relief from the UTI problem, drink Raisin water daily on an empty stomach. Soak 4-5 Raisins overnight and take them on an empty stomach in the morning. It cools the body, maintains strength in the body, removes anemia, and also maintains kidney health.

Apple Cider Vinegar: In case of urinary infection, mix 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, a half teaspoon lemon juice, and honey in a glass of water. Drinking this water helps in curing UTI quickly. According to experts, apple cider vinegar contains a high amount of potassium, which does not allow bacteria to grow.
