To update online, your mobile number must be linked to your Aadhaar for OTP verification.
To change the following, you have to visit the Aadhaar Service Center:

Biometric details (fingerprint, iris scan)
Steps to update Aadhaar details at the enrollment center
Book an appointment (optional):
You can take an appointment online or go directly to the center.
Fill the Aadhaar update form:
Get the Aadhaar correction form available at the centre and complete it.
Provide supporting documents:
Submit valid documents (e.g., PAN card, birth certificate, electricity bill) based on the information being updated.
Take a new photo (if required):
The centre official will click your new photo and take biometric updates if needed.
Pay applicable fees:
A small fee (usually ₹50) is charged for each update request.
Get an acknowledgement slip:
You will receive a slip with your update request number (URN), which you can use to track your status online.
Processing time and downloading Aadhaar
Updates usually take up to 90 days.
You can check the status or download your updated Aadhaar from the UIDAI website.
If needed, you can also order a reprint for a small fee.
