Katie Price is reportedly feeling isolated from daughter Princess as the teen shares her debut TV series. The 18-year-old daughter of Katie, 47, and ex-husband Peter Andre, 52, has opened up to the camera for ITV show The Princess Diaries.
And while she has shared a number of memories on air regarding her relationship with her mother, it's thought the duo have been involved in a secret rift. It's said to have left the mum-of-five comparing herself to Brooklyn Beckham and his family fallout.
While Katie is always open about her love of her kids, including Princess, it's thought she was left devastated after her eldest daughter was told to "distance" herself from her mum. It comes as bosses of her the teen's new series cut Katie out of her new show.

Now, a source has told the Sun how the decision has crushed Katie. "Katie feels isolated and disregarded," they said. "She loves Princess so much and is supremely proud of the young woman she is becoming."
The source claimed the former glamour model had been hoping to help steer her daughter's career, saying she had "seen and done it all". But she claimed the advice given to Princess left her daughter perhaps "too young and shy to defy orders".
“Katie has been made to feel like a pariah when it comes to Princess’s professional life," they went on before saying she has felt embarrassed by the situation.
"She feels a bit like Brooklyn Beckham, with no one in the Andre family really speaking to her," the insider continued. “Even Kate’s mum, Amy, who cherishes Princess, has been dragged into it all. She is so heartbroken about what is going on.”
While that may the case, the source claimed privately the pair are close, just not in the public eye. And Princess did confess her love for her mum in front of the ITV cameras. Despite rumours of a rift, Princess said in one scene: "I love her, [Katie] she's like my best friend."
In the programme, Princess revealed how Katie's split from Kieran Hayler effected her and her mum. She admitted she isn't sure if she has recovered from it yet.
Katie and Kieran had tied the knot on January 16, 2013, at the Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort in the Bahamas, and went on to have two kids together, Jett and Bunny. However, a bitter split followed and speaking of that period of her life, Princess said: "He was in our lives for like five years so we got really close to him and obviously we loved him. He did a lot of stuff and when they split up everything kind of went down hill.
"My mum, obviously being heartbroken, didn't deal with that the best way. She went through a very, very dark time, which is understandable."
She went on: "It was hard for me because I was around adulty things that kids should never see and I think as well when we needed our mum there, she wasn't emotionally able to be there because she had so much of her own problems going on."
While revealing she is okay talking about her childhood now, she added: "I can speak about my childhood and everything that happened and I'd be absolutely fine, but then once something sets me off and I deep everything I'm like 'oh my God'.
"And then it makes me feel like I'm not really healed from what's happened". She now says that despite not being over it fully, her mum has "fixed herself" and has apologised for her previous actions.
